The event will feature the participation of distinguished international speakers:

Diana Marcela Santacruz (Autonomous University of Cauca)
Pietro Ferrara (Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca)
The session will be moderated by José Darío Arguello (Autonomous University of Barcelona).
The seminar will address key issues on human security in the context of contemporary global law and the protection of human rights.
