Manuel Ballbé
The Chair was created to continue the work and thinking of Dr. Manuel Ballbé, whose legacy represents a major contribution to global regulation aimed at ensuring Human Security.
Our goal is to promote a comprehensive approach to security centered on people and human rights, enabling us to manage all risks and dangers affecting citizens in a preventative and cross-cutting manner in a democratic, healthy, and sustainable society.
