Doctoral Thesis Defense: The Intelligence Community in Spain: Security and National Sovereignty, by Victor Alonso Prada.

Yesterday, November 28, Victor Ernesto Alonso Prada defended his thesis “The Intelligence Community in Spain: Security and National Sovereignty” in the Hearing Room of the Faculty of Law.


His research was supervised by Dr. Alejandro Rubio, Director of the Legal Advisory Department at Navantia, and tutored by Dr. Roser Martínez, Director of the Manuel Ballbé Chair and coordinator of the Administrative Law Area at UAB. The examination board was composed of Dr. Xavier Codina García-Andrade, partner in the Public Law and Environmental Department at Uría Menéndez and professor of Administrative and EU Law at CUNEF; Magistrate Dr. María Contín Trillo-Figueroa, Head of External and Institutional Relations at the Judicial School; and Dr. Carlos Padrós, Full Professor of Administrative and EU Law at UAB and coordinator of the Doctoral Program.
